The history of the European piano manufacturer Weinbach begins in 1887, when master Gerhard Wein opened an organ production workshop. He soon became famous, because Weinbach instruments spread far beyond Europe. The sound of the piano was enjoyed by musicians all over the world, including North America. Since 1956, PETROF has included the Weinbach brand in its portfolio. Since the early 2000s, the production of Weinbach tool components has been moved to China, with final assembly carried out in the Czech Republic.
